Privacy Notice for Healthcare Professionals

Evidera, Inc. and affiliated group companies ("Evidera") are committed to respecting the privacy of personal information which we collect on healthcare professionals. Through this Privacy Notice we notify you that Evidera holds your personal details, including name, professional profile, contact information and banking information, some of which may have been provided directly by yourself, some collected from publicly available sources or provided by partner organizations.

The information is used for the purpose of inviting you to participate in surveys about the treatment of your patients with specific pharmaceutical products. The information collected are used by our clients in aggregated form for various market and scientific research purposes. We also use your information for various administrative and payment purposes associated with your contribution to our surveys. We do not share your information with third parties.

In respect to these purposes, Evidera is responsible for ensuring the protection of your personal information according to applicable data privacy laws in your country ("controller"). Your information will only be shared with relevant personnel involved in administration of the surveys and will be retained by Evidera for a period of no longer than three years following the date upon which you last contributed.

Your personal information may be sent to jurisdictions without the same legal protections for personal information as in your country. All parties are committed to ensuring that your information is treated in confidence and safeguarded. In certain cases, Evidera shall provide additional legal protection for your transferred data using certain data export agreements, copies of which are available at the DPO address below.

You may have certain rights under applicable data privacy laws in relation to your information (access, correction, objection, deletion, etc.). You may also have the right to complain how your information is handled to a supervisory data protection authority. You will find more details on these rights in Evidera’s Global Privacy Policy.
